Chef Seth Warshaw received his culinary training at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, NY. He has previously served as Executive Chef at Fumio's, in Livingston, NJ. He loves pairing unique flavors to create levels of depth in each dish. He works well with seasonal produce, using what is locally available to create his unique menus.
