
Seth Warshaw received his culinary training at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, NY. There, he was educated under some of the finest chefs in the culinary industry. Most recently he served as Executive Chef at Fumio, located in Livingston, NJ. He quickly became known for his unique dishes and his ability to pair ingredients, tastes and textures to create culinary masterpieces. Chef Warshaw’s passion for food and desire to please his clientele is apparent in all of his distinctive dishes.
