Chef Seth Warshaw's passion for food is apparent in all of his distinctive dishes.

At Etc Steakhouse, we only use the finest ingredients in all of our dishes. The menu changes seasonally to ensure that the produce used in each dish is in season and of top quality. We even have our own farm, SunPoz farm, in Manville, NJ. With delivers of fresh, local produce from our farm, we are the first kosher restaurant to be able to provide a Farm-to-Table dining experience! We select only the highest quality of meat, offering many choices of vegetarian fed, horomone free, and all natural meat.

New to the Menu:
Slow Roasted Lamb Belly
Summer has arrived at Etc. Steakhouse. Our Slow Roasted Lamb Belly is served with creamed corn, fried zucchini, home made corn chips and fresh mint relish.
Roasted Garlic Hanger Steak
Something new for our favorite hanger steak is our roasted garlic spread. It is paired with fresh chickpeas with peas and mint, a fig risotto croquette, topped with a red wine fig, and a fig balsamic reduction.
