Chef Seth Warshaw's passion for food is apparent in all of his distinctive dishes.

At Etc Steakhouse, we only use the finest ingredients in all of our dishes. The menu changes seasonally to ensure that the produce used in each dish is in season and of top quality. We even have our own farm, SunPoz farm, in Manville, NJ. With delivers of fresh, local produce from our farm, we are the first kosher restaurant to be able to provide a Farm-to-Table dining experience! We select only the highest quality of meat, offering many choices of vegetarian fed, horomone free, and all natural meat.

Peanut Butter Oxtail, Blini, Shallot and Grape Jelly.
