Etc. steakhouse is proud to be certified kosher by the Rabbinical Council of Bergen County (RCBC).

The RCBC is a widely recognized kosher certification serving the Bergen County area. Under the leadership of Rabbi Taub and Rabbi Newman, the RCBC ensures that our restaurant is being held to the highest standards of kosher certification.

The meat used are Solmons.

Etc. steakhouse additionally obtains meats from Grow and Behold, Agri and Rosenblatt.

Cruciferous vegetables used in the restaurant are obtained from Bodek.
