About Etc. Steakhouse

Etc. steakhouse first opened its doors in February of 2009. Offering an intimate and elegant dining experience, it soon became known as a restaurant with uniquely magnificent food and exceptional personal service. Owner/ Chef Seth Warshaw prides himself on creating a dining experience like no other; by sending an amuse bouche "on the house" to every table, by creating extravagant tasting menus to suit every taste, and by using unusual seasonal fruits and vegetables and weaving them seamlessly into classic dishes.  Chef Warshaw's philosophy is “If we can’t do it great, then it’s not worth doing. Our goal is to serve great food and provide great service. We want to be the best and we strive to do just that.”

 The name of the restaurant is an acronym for Chef Warshaw's family.  Chef Warshaw received his culinary training at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, NY. He was educated under some of the finest chefs in the culinary industry. He quickly became known for his unique dishes and his ability to pair ingredients, tastes and textures to create culinary masterpieces.
